This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No.534 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30(a)/37© of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act .

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 150 ltrs. of liquor and apart from that it appears that he is accused in four similar type of cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and the charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30569 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and if the trial is not concluded within four months, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
