The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.168 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that this petitioner along with Rajesh Mahto and Chandra Devi was causing assault to Rinku Devi. When on the alarm being raised by Rinku Devi, the informant rushed to save her, then this petitioner caused injury at the head of the informant through iron rod, due to which the informant fell down. After that, the other accused snatched the gold chain and mobile of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29237 of 2018(2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the date and time of the occurrence is not detailed therein. Further submission is that the petitioner, who is neighbour of the informant, has falsely been implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.J.M. 1st, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.168 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
