2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 661 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) read with Section 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties, the petitioner had earlier instituted Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 660 of 2025 alleging assault extortion and loot by the informant and his associates. It is also submitted that the present case has been lodged as a counter blast to the earlier FIR and the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, considering the aforesaid submissions, coupled with the fact that there is case and counter case in between the parties, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 661 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
