2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(a), 22, 27(a) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the allegation, 3.050 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of co-accused Bharat Kumar Shani and 8.910 grams of heroin was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that co-accused Bharat Kumar Sahni has been granted bail and the case of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26615 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 petitioner is exactly on similar footing. He has also submitted that the alleged recovery of contraband from possession of the petitioner is slight higher than a small quantity. The petitioner is under custody since 02.02.2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
