====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are an accused in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 61 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties sustained injuries. Petitioners are in custody since 19.03.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24962 of 2020(4) dt.24-11-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kursela P.S.
