Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No.58 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 427, 307, 302 of IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner assaulted the informant and her family members. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34371 of 2024(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 fact the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 09.02.2023 vide Cr. Misc. No. 2401/2023, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
