The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.198 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120B, 504, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Rahul Kumar, Suraj Kumar, Subodh Kumar, Jitendra Kumar, Arvind Kumar Singh, Islam Quraishi @ Islam Qureshi, Md. Sadique Hussain @ Md. Sadim Hussain and Suraj Kumar having identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different orders passed by different Benches of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1424 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.198 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
