Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018 (Special POSCO Case No. 243 of 2018) registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POSCO Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been alleged against this

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-I-cum-Special Judge, POSCO, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. case No. 197 of 2018 (Special POSCO Case No. 243 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
