Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-03-2016 Petitioner is supposed to be grandson of the original donor. How he acquires an inheritable right as a donor is not understood by the Court. However, it is evident from Annexure-7, which is under challenge and is dated 09.04.2015, that there was occasion for issuance of an order to constitute an ad hoc Managing Committee, in view of the on going dispute in the school. Such an exercise was needed in the interest of the school. Since the constitution is not per say illegal no interference is needed. Writ application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
