Only dispute left is arrears of difference of pay between January 1996 to March 2000 and April 2000 to December 2005 and thereafter January 2006 to 7.11.2008.

In the rejoinder application filed on behalf of the petitioner, a communication after due calculation by the college has been forwarded to the Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University on 19.1.2016.

Let the Registrar with the help of the auditors verify the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3775 of 2014 dt.11-05-2016 2/2 correctness of the calculation so made and once it is done, steps for payment of this amount to the petitioner will be taken and due settled within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

Writ is disposed of in terms of the above. The time frame indicated above must be adhered to.
