1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to implead the Circle Officer, Rampur, Kaimur at Bhabhua as party respondent no.9 to the present writ petition. Permission so sought is granted. The needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7350 of 2024(2) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 following relief(s):- "1(i) To unblock the drain and street of the petitioner, which is situated in Mauza:

Thakurahat, Thana No.384, Chak Khata: 52, Plot: 134, area: 0.01 acre."

3. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Rampur, Kaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
