The petitioner seeks bail in Barh P. S. Case No. 147 of 2019 instituted for the offence under 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 35.75 ml of illicit liquor has been recovered from house of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Barh P. S. Case No. 147 of 2019, Spl case
