The writ application is disposed of with a direction that Annexure- B passed in similar circumstance on 2.3.2016 framing certain guidelines therein by the learned Single Judge will also apply to the case of the present petitioner. It is evident that 50% of the payment has to be made immediately and the balance 50% has to be done in the next financial year. The obligation of the Corporation, therefore, to comply with the said direction in the case of the petitioner also subsists.
