The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 386/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302, 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that on 07.10.2018 son of informant had gone to field for watching an unknown person who had called him by phone near Pipal tree but the son of informant did not return. It is alleged that on 11.10.2018 dead body of son of informant was recovered. The informant raised suspicion that her son has been murdered by the petitioner along
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26603 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 with F.I.R. named persons and some other unknown persons. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
