The petitioner is aggrieved by letter dated 24.05.2021 in which he has been declared ineligible for Group 1 for the subject location for allotment of retail outlet dealership. A perusal of the letter shows that he has been ousted only on the ground that the representation was made belatedly. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the matter shall be considered on merits also by the Grievance Redressal Forum. In case, the petitioner files a fresh representation within a period of six weeks from today or if such a representation is received, the
