Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 397 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2023 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28716 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 135 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
