This modification application is being filed for modification in order dated 05-04-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25586 of 2024.

It is submitted that in the prayer portion of the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 25586 of 2024, wrong PS Case No. ie., Gaurichak PS Case No. 76 of 2024 was mentioned and as such the same got typed in paragraph Nos 2 & 7 of the order dated 05-04-2024.

On perusal of the bail application, it is evident that the correct case no. is Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 709 of 2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32223 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 5.

Accordingly, order dated 05-04-2024, is modified so as to read the words "Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 709 of 2023" in place of "Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024" in the paragraph Nos. 2 & 7 of the order dated 05-04-2024. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Raj Kishore/- U T
