Petitioners are accused in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 448, 323, 325, 302, 504, 120B of the I.P.C., section 27 of the Arms Act and sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28512 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 25247 of 2019 and 22138 of 2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018.
