Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Informant stated that on hearing the fire sound, he went to the place of occurrence and found his father smeared with pool of blood. He further submits that his father revealed names of 11 persons with specific allegations.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. Furthermore, the deceased sustained six injuries on his person and could not be in a position to disclose the name of the accused persons. As the petitioners are named in the F.I.R., I am not
