The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 registered under Section 406, 420, 468 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. They have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-5, it appears that the police after investigation, submitted the final form.

Mr. Bhagya Narayan Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant through Vakalatnama,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21708 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
