The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that 26.250 litres of IMFL has been recovered from the possession of co-accused, as evident from the Seizure List. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27992 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 9th A.D.J., Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
