The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioners are parents-inlaw of the deceased. Case diary has been received.

The informant has appeared and submitted that in the court below the process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr. P.C. has been issued against the petitioner which would be apparent from paragraph-70 of the case diary.

The anticipatory bail application is disposed of with direction to petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
