The petitioner has prayed that he be granted subsidy in accordance with the prevalent policy. He has relied upon a judgment of this Court, rendered in CWJC No. 12364 of 2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.12087 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 (M/s Kanodia Infratech Limited vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) dated 16th of August, 2019.

At the outset, we have put a query to learned State counsel whether the case of the petitioner can be considered in light of the aforesaid judgment, he submits that the competent authority shall consider, keeping in view the observations made by the Court in the case of M/s Kanodia Infratech Limited (supra).

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, no further adjudication is necessary. The writ petition stands disposed off.
