Patna High Court CWJC No.12183 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file representation before the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, under Clause 32(vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Orders, 2016.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-State has got no objection.

We accordingly dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
