2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 336(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner took Rs. 67.50 lacs from the informant for executing a land but later on he neither executed land in favour of the informant nor did he return the money to him.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Dispute is purely of civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he took Rs. 67.50 lacs from the informant for executing a land but later on he neither executed land in favour of the informant nor did he return the money to him. Dispute between the parties could not be resolved through

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
