The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No.181 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(c), 354(D), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 67, 67(B) of I.T. Act.

As per the FIR, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons made obscene videos of the daughter of informant and made it viral on social media.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He further submits that some of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. 7.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
