The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though allegation has been levelled against the petitioner that he has misutilized money meant for public schemes, there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner had, in fact, received the money. It is submitted that the present allegations are motivated one and have been made at the instance of another Pramukh, whom the petitioner's wife had defeated in the previous election. Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the role of the petitioner in the present case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41512 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 P2/2 does not stand defined, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 188/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
