2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53398 of 2025 which reads as under:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State, and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the victim and is in custody since 16.04.2025.

4. Considering the allegation that the petitioner has fired upon the victim causing injury, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

5. However, if the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till now the case has not been committed.

4. Considering the gravity of offence, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.

6. The Principal District Judge, Bhojpur is directed to commit the case at the earliest.

7. Let a copy of this order communicated through FAX or e-mail to the Principal District Judge, Bhojpur for its compliance.
