JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No. 61 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 290, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR against the petitioners that they not only blocked the National Highway but also abused and assaulted the police personnel on duty causing injuries to them, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
