The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 209 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 409 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent lady, who has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation made out against the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is the Secretary of the school, who is fully

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
