2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 10.03.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 2769 of 2014 in trial no.988 of 2016, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gopalganj under Sections 403, 417, 418 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 24.05.2025 that the case has been disposed off on 09.05.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 2769 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43189 of 2016(5) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 2014.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
