Patna High Court MJC No.889 of 2022(4) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, be directed to strictly ensure compliance of the aforesaid orders dated 6.7.2021 and 25.2.2023. It is directed accordingly.

The present contempt petition stands disposed off, however, reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law in case of any subsisting grievances.
