The petitioner admittedly participated in the interview and has not been included in the select list. Learned counsel submits that because he belongs to EBC category, no candidate from EBC category has been selected, therefore, petitioner ought to have been selected. In interview process, a person may not fair well immediate from a particular special category. He does not have a right of selection.
