In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 393 of 2018, arising out of C.R.I. Case No.2430 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There was a land dispute between the parties. It has been alleged that the informant had gone to the house of the advocate clerk along with file as the records were demanded by the Circle Officer to demarcate the land, at that time, the accused persons came holding different weapons and assaulted him.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. 1st, Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case no. 393 of 2018 (C.R.I. No. 2430 of 2018), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
