The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. case No. 334/2020 registered u/s 379/411 of the IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

The learned counsel for the petitioner when his attention is drawn to the order of the learned Sessions Judge regarding criminal antecedent of the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit stating that petitioner is accused in two other criminal cases but he is on bail in both the criminal cases. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The

The petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2020 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for about seven months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. case No. 334/2020.
