1. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, by referring to the show cause, filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 that in compliance to the order of this Court dated 18.02.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1787 of 2020, the entire retiral dues has already stood paid to the petitioner.

2. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
