This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The petitioner is a dealer in fertilizer. On the basis of disclosure made by the Block Agriculture Officer that the petitioner sells fertilizer on a rate higher that what has been fixed, the First Information Report has been registered. Considering the nature of accusation made in the First Information Report, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, in
