2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 329(4), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted informant and his nephew by means of knife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, petitioner is elected member of Panchayat Samiti and this false and concocted case has been lodged by informant with an ulterior motive. Doctor has found simple injury.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29977 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P. S. Case No. 612 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
