The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kurtha P.S.Case No. 153 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submission made by the petitioner that there is case and counter case and the injured Ajay Singh sustained simple injury, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, who is said to be man of 60 years having no criminal antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
