The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.226 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegations made in the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.226 of
