2. The writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the following reliefs:

(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the State respondents to arrest the private respondents who have been made accused in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 23/2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 61 (2), 305, 318 (4), 336

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1056 of 2025(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 (1), 338, 336 (3), 109, 115 (2), 352, 351(2)/ 3 (5) of B.N.S, 2023 against the private respondents.

(ii) To direct the respondents to arrest the accused persons named in the F.I.R. who have not arrested by the police as yet and moving freely taking law into their own hands threatening the informant/ petitioner with dire consequences.

iii) To direct the investigating officer of Chapra Town P.S. case No. 23/ 2025 to investigate the said case thoroughly and properly without unnecessary delay and conclude the same with logical end with submission of final form/ Final report.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 23.06.2025, the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra has joined virtually and assisted this Court. He has submitted that the final form has been submitted after finding the allegations false in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025.

4. In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of.
