1. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.05.2017 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth Buxar in connection with Tr. No. 2216 of 2017 arising out of Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, by which, learned Magistrate has taken cognizance under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued the matter at length.

3. I have heard the parties.

4. All the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner can be raised at the stage of framing of charge and I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
