JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 On the insistence of the parties, the writ application is disposed of in the following terms in the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat: i) The petitioner will make a representation before the competent authority that he is not getting pension in para-materia to his salary.

ii) On receipt of the representation, the respondents would adjudicate the same within a period of two months. iii) In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a petition for reviving the instant case. iv) On filing of such petition, the writ petition would stands revived.

The instant settlement would form part of Lok Adalat to be held on 8.7.2017.
