ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 In view of nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to opposite party no. 2 but none appeared on her behalf. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.02.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 43625 of 2013 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1010 of 2009/Tr. No. 1751 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. Considering the submission of the petitioner that he has deposited the entire amount. By order dated 16.10.2014 passed by the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner in T.R.

2333/13C/748/12215TR 1751/15, is hereby set aside. The application stands allowed.
