A report vide letter dated 2nd March, 2024 from the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, X, Samastipur is on record which shows that the sessions trial is on the stage of prosecution evidence. Charges have been framed on 17.10.2016 and out of 12 witnesses, one witness has already been examined.
