The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.194 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the petitioners were granted bail by police in course of investigation, the instant application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not maintainable.
