JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3008 (C) of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 498(A) and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, where the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and they decided to lead their conjugal life and they also entered in an agreement on 22.09.2017, which the part of Mediator's report dated 22.09.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14844 of 2017 (4) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No. 2 submits that O.P. No.2 has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 3008 (C) of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
