As far as the revision of pension and settlement of pensionary benefits of the petitioner are concerned, from the counter affidavit filed by the State Government and the office of the Accountant General, it is seen that after the orders were passed refusing the pension, the pension payment order have also been issued by the office of the Accountant General on 12th of January,

Patna High Court MJC No.3307 of 2014 dt.06-07-2017 2/2 2015 vide Annexure-C. The family pension amounting to Rs.5067/- and the pension payment order have been prepared after revision of pension, gratuity and other benefits payable to the petitioner. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

In case actual monetary dues accruing to the petitioner by virtue of the order passed in the writ petition have not been received, respondent No.4 is directed to ensure payment of the same within two months.
