The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case no. 272 of 2017, registered under Section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by hanging due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by the husband and other in-laws of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased committed suicide due to quarrel with her husband and with ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been implicated in this case. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody.

No.48038 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
