1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No.454 of 2025 instituted under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 121(1), 121(2), 125, 132, 221, 109(1), 324(4), 324(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3, 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant who is police personnel received a call from 112 with regard to a land dispute between two parties at Ramdani village. On receiving call, the police party reached there and found that a scuffle was going on between two parties due to land dispute, when they
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28482 of 2026(3) dt.06-05-2026 2/3 tried to remove them, then 7-8 persons including 3-4 women attacked on the police party due to which they received injury. It is alleged that when the police party rescued their associate, the accused persons started damaging EVR-06 dial 112 vehicle with bricks and stones causing damage to vehicle's front glass and side mirror.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners were not present at the spot on the alleged date of occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion, they have been made accused in this case. Learned counsel submits that there is land dispute between petitioners' side and Ranjan Kumar and due to that reason, three cases have been lodged against petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 has two criminal antecedents, in which both the petitioners are on bail. He further submits that petitioners are women and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners, in the event

No.28482 of 2026(3) dt.06-05-2026 3/3 of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (S.D.J.M.), Jehanabad/ concerned Court in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S. Case No.454 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
